Somebody is pulling your leg.
Honey is loaded with sugar, not good for your weight.Cinnamon you can't take too much of cos it is a very strong spice.
Green tea is a more proven method.Reduce your intake of empty calories, that alone will work wonders.

Eliminate flour products like bread, biscuits, cookies, doughnuts.
Educate yourself about nutrition and excercise, follow through and you will lose weight.Single items professing to be miracles are not long term strategies.
