How to strip of last bit of fat to completely define abs?
i do cardio already, running and stationary bike but my body seems to have stopped losing,need help on good circuits and a proper diet would be really appreciated.

Diet Adjustment
1. Go fresh and natural; vege and fruits, lean meats & fish, seeds & nuts.2. Eliminate anything from a can/packet,alcohol, flour, sugar,deep fried food.
3. Reduce ur carbo intake especially cereals, pasta, breads.
4. Opt for higher protein.
5. Eat up to 6 apples a day. Apples aid in fat burning.
6. Drink lots of water.
7. Drink 3 cups of green tea. Speeds up metabolic rate.
8. NEVER skip a meal. Eat smaller portions.
Excercise Adjustment:
Use the Tabata Protocol. The basic concept of this cardio interval training method is to do intense exercise for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds and repeat for 8 cycles. That's for cardio.
Then make sure you get all your core excercises eg: pushup, pullup, knee raise, planks, sideplanks. A lot of hard work, that's for sure. For your body to rest and repair AND to burn fat, get 7 -8 hrs sleep!
