How do you loose arm fat??
without getting any surgery or that lipozap thingy ...no cost ....maybe a cream or something you can put on it???
i excersize but all i get is muscle?? and girls arent suppose to have muscle on their arms its nasty!!

Creams don't work, so don't waste ur money.If u r excercising but ur arms are bulking up, it means ur food intake has upset the fine balance.

Females as a general rule don't put on serious muscle when they excercise, unless ur body is the mesomorph type. Even female body builders go through a very tough regimen of high protein and heavy weights to build muscle, mostly with the aid of protein/creatine/steroid supplements.
U want to lose muscle, easy, adjust food and excercise regime.
Food: Cut out anything made from flour, cereals, sugar.
Adopt a diet of 50% salads n veg, 25%protein n 25% carbs.


Excercise: Steady state cardio eg 1 hr walk/jog/swim at a regular pace.Joggers who do regular long distance just go skinny, cos this method of excercise causes muscle shrinking and also fat loss.As an example, look at all the marathoners and long distance runners.None of them have bulky arms!
Go for bodyweight excercises that are compound in nature ie involving all ur joints n muscles.Do not increase ur weights, but use them in a different way eg dumbell swings, kettlebell swings, medicine ball throws.Some models don't excercise at all, cos they want that lean look without any muscle tone. But if muscles totally shrink away, the anorexic look then appears.So bear in mind that if there is not much fat on ur arms, muscles will be revealed.Nasty to u perhaps, but much desired by someone who wants that athletic look.
