Im not big or nothing i just want to look good on a Monokini swim suit, i am about 139 lb. and i want to look small or good in it. What is the best way 2 lose weight.

Best way to lose weight is to be consistent. Excercise at least 3 to 5 times a week.
Sweat and workout is a nobrainer. Abs workout will give you strong abs, but will be hidden under that layer of fat.
You can only strip off the belly fat with cardio interval training combined with weights, and toning with core strengthening excercises like planks and pushups.
Go lower carb, so that there is a slight calorie deficit.
Extra calories burnt with excercising coupled with a lower intake will guarantee success.
