Well, after a one year commitment to lose flab and fat, I have finally done it. I altered my eating habits, and commited myself to consistently excercising.
This was done after exhaustive research on the internet to trawl for the most effective methods. There are some really crackpot ideas out there, and the only way is to sieve through all the information out there. Then try to absorb as much as possible at a time. Follow this with the trial and error method to weed out the ineffective strategies.
Suffice to say that I have enough proof that what I have done so far has led me on to achieve a strong and lean body.I pat myself on the back for having had the discipline and the willpower. Knowing about fat loss is easy, losing the fat is the HARD part. If anyone comes along and tells you otherwise, they are giving you a false sense of hope.
It all boils down to a lifestyle change, removing the bad habits and acquiring new ones. The first step is actually to confront this reality. Are you up to changing your lifestyle, removing your bad habits and acquiring new ones? If you are able to accept these conditions, then it is very clear you wil be able to achieve your goals. There is no way that anyone can lose fat overnight, and keep it that way with no effort.
I have lost 5lbs. It doesn't sound like much, but that fat has shrunk to reveal a taut and toned body. My waist has shrunk by 3 in, hips 3 in, thigh 1in, calve 1in, arm 1in, 1in from the bust altogether a whopping 10inches!
WOW!!

Hi bugbuster... 5 lbs sounds incredible. But for those of us in the metric world, what would that be in KILOS?
