Would this diet work? lately starvation mode caused me to get backed up.?
my last diet:breakfast at 2-3
lunch/dinner: 5-6
cravings: 8 for 4 weeks 7 lbs.125 -> 119-117 but it stopped.
i need to reach 100 but i cant.and i found out its starvation mode?
so i started eating ALOT and now i'm 122. thats wayyy too much to gain.but then after an hour its 118.
what kind of diet will help me loose weight? eating water and rice 5 times a day ?

Stop the yoyo madness. Your extreme dieting will wreak havoc on your body, and going to 100 is much too light.Unless you are a small framed 5 footer.
And luckily you found out about the starvation mode in time.Skipping meals is just too awful for words.
Enjoy your food. Just make sure it is the right kind.
