Weight Question??????

I'm not fat nor chunky but recently i've gained some weight & look like I have love handels & my theighs have gotten really thick so I was wondering.. What are some good exercises that I can do to get really toned up?

To get toned up, you can start with power walking or sprinting. It all depends on how motivated, commited and consistent you are. 30 minutes twice a day is a good start.

The circuit is like this, you go 2 minutes fast and 1 minute slow. The intensity of the walk or run will depend on how your fitness level is. If you are pretty fit, go faster. If you are totally out of shape, slowly build up your fitness by increasing the intensity. Short bursts of sprints are really excellent for shaping up.

Do squats and lunges to whip your thighs and butt back into shape. Balance on one leg and do leg lifts and leg swings. You'll feel the burn on that one!

Lastly a fantastic one is Burpee. You go down to a pushup position,jump your feet under your chest and then leap up into the air with your hands pointing wide and up. 10 of those will leave you gasping. Go low carb, up your fruits and vege.

Cut out all empty calories!
