JUICES FOR HEALTH!

Antioxidant Magic

1/2 cup of cranberries
1/2 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of white grapes
1 teaspoon of honey

Berries are vividly colored due to their pigment that contains anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are very powerful antioxidants which neutralises excess free radicals in the body. Free Radicals are thought to be responsible for a lot of chronic diseases. Anthocyanins also have antiaging properties.

8 medium tomatoes
1 lemon, peeled
1 stalk celery
1 medium carrot
1 slice of onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon sea salt


Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, an antioxidant. Lemons alkalise the blood and is loaded with Vit C. Celery reduces inflammation and reduces hypertension.Sea salt is well balanced with essential minerals.

1/4 small head cabbage
1-2 fresh basil leaves
1 stalk broccoli
1 celery stalk
